NDRC in the Community

Chesterfield FC Community Trust is a charitable trust that was created in 2010 following the successful Football in the Community Programme.

The Trust carries out a vairied community programme offering a range of sports and activities.

Gussies Community is made up of a number of amazing volunteers who support the needs of those that live within the area we are based - Rother Ward, Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

We support our community by providing many different services.

• Gussies Pantry Shop - supporting those households experiencing food insecurity.
• Gussies Kitchen Café - providing a social eating experience.
• Gussies Jumble Shop - Recycling clothing and household items.
• The RAY Programme - Rother Active Youth, which provides the young people within our area FREE activities to take part in, in every school holiday.
• Langer Field Park Community Group - providing a yearly gala for our community to come together once a year and looks after the interests of our park.
• Friends of SAGE (SS Augustine Garden Escape) - a group of volunteers working together to make the back of our wonderful church a more relaxing place.
