We put on training club nights Monday to Thursday throughout the year. These are a mixture of distances and paces to suit all abilities. In the winter, they tend to be all on the roads local to Chesterfield and in the Summer we go a bit off road and also include a fell run.
Meet points and destinations change week on week. Look to our Club Events calendar for the weekly schedule. These are also emailed out weekly to all members.

Training runs : The option of running a 5K or 5 miler, on road or trail.
Tuesday | 6.30pm
Interval (efforts) training : Our fitness running sessions for improving pace, speed and stamina
Wednesday | 6.30pm

Thursday | 6.30pm
Social run : either 5K or 5 miler
Fell run – 4-6 miles (Summer only)
